中證中小投資者服務中心有限責任公司（簡稱投服中心）是于2014年12月成立的證券金融類公益機構，歸屬中國證監會直接管理。

投服中心的主要職責包括：面向投資者開展公益性宣傳和教育；公益性持有證券等品種，以股東身份或證券持有人身份行權；受投資者委托，提供調解等糾紛解決服務；爲投資者提供公益性訴訟支持及其相關工作；中國投資者網站的建設、管理和運行維護；調查、監測投資者意願和訴求，開展戰略研究與規劃；代表投資者，向政府機構、監管部門反映訴求；中國證監會委托的其他業務。

Founded on December 5, 2014, China Securities Investor Services Center (ISC) is a non-profit financial institution and is under the direct administration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

The major responsibilities of ISC include: not-for-profit publicity and education for individual investors; not-for-profit holding of securities, to exercise shareholders’ legitimate rights; providing mediation and settlement services as entrusted by individual investors; operating Chinese Investor Website (www.investor.gov.cn) on behalf of CSRC; investigating and monitoring investors’ needs and demands, and carrying out strategic research and planning; speaking to the government and regulatory authorities on behalf of investors; other businesses authorized by the CSRC.
